Combat Bulgarian contract Bayonet model 1895 for Mannlicher model 1895 rifle and carbine. Straight blade with fuller on both sides and central point. Straight crossguard with muzzle ring and setting bolt. Wooden grips and iron blued scabbard. Blade is 9.80" long, 14.21" overall length. Muzzle ring is 0.59" dia (15 mm). Blade is marked "OEWG" (Steyr) on one side and Bulgaria Standing Lion on the other. Scabbard marked "OEWG" on the throat. Nice original condition: excellent blade with no rust or pitting, shiny. Excellent grips. Blued iron scabbard with couple of small dings. Great brown leather frog with solid stitches. Great Bulgarian contract bayonet in original condition.
