Austrian socket bayonet model 1854 for Lorenz Rifle model 1854 and model 1862, Lorenz rifles for Special Troops model 1854 and model 1862. Also, Wanzel rifle model 1867 and Wanzel Special Troops model 1867. Straight, cruciform 18.86 long blade. 0.764" dia socket with cranked guide and safety ring. Overall length about 22". Regiment and acceptance mark in shape of star on top. Wooden scabbard covered with black leather with iron tip and mouthpiece.
Very good condition, no rust or pitting on the blade just patina. Scabbard also in a very good condition with no leather missing.
