Nice Austrian Infantry NCO sabre 1776-1777. Blade is 31 inches long (37 inches overall) which is unusually long for infantry. No marking or engraving on the blade. Brass hilt in Prima Plana style with Lion head on the top. Leather ribbed grip with no wire. No scabbard (leather scabbards usually didn't survive.
Nice condition, patina on the blade with some pitting in one spot. Great condition hilt and grip with no leather missing.
