Super interesting Polish Dragoon Sabretasche with Polish Eagle of 1863 January upraising style. Black, hard leather construction with no lether pouch inside, indicating as being part of uniform only. Brass Polish Eagle with triple (Poland, Lithuania and Ukraine) Crest on his chest - used only in times of January uprising 1863. Sabretsche was worn next to the sword on long white, leather straps. Condition: Sabretasche is in fine condition overall with fine brass eagle. Leather straps are in poor condition - not flexible anymore with broken and missing sections - see photos. Short black straps attached to Sabretasche are replacements.
