Scarce Manchurian made Arisaka T. 30 bayonet made during the World War Two for the Japanese army. The bayonet was manufactured at the Mukden Arsenal, Manchuria (Manchukuo state, at least partially controlled by Japan). Mukden arsenal mark is stamped on the blade (please, see pictures). This is the first pattern of T.30 bayonet. Correct bayonet for T.30, 38, 99, "I" rifles and carbines. Wooden grips fastened by two screws with oval shaped nuts and washers. Steel scabbard. Hook type crossguard. The serial number is stamped on the end of the pommel. The steel parts of the hilt and scabbard show blue finish (correct for this model). CONDITION: Overall in low fine condition. Blade is in fine condition with some sharpening marks. The hilt and scabbard are covered by patina (the bayonet needs good cleaning). The wooden grips show some dings and handling marks. Scabbard shows one dent. Scarce Manchurian made Arisaka T. 30 bayonet!
